Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2022 A (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Arakelian Enterprises Inc. d.b.a. Athens Services project closed on May 4, 2022. CPCFA issued $100,000,000 in tax-exempt notes.
Athens Services used the note proceeds to develop a new transfer station and materials recovery facility in Irwindale, CA. In addition, note proceeds were used for improvements to solid waste collection and processing at other locations in the City of Industry, Los Angeles, Pacoima, Sun Valley, Torrance and Victorville.
