The Napa Recycling & Waste Services LLC project closed on June 30, 2021. CPCFA issued $59,020,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $30,920,000 was used to refund the Series 2017 notes previously issued by CPCFA.
The Napa Recycling project used the note proceeds for the construction and/or equipping of an organics and construction demolition waste processing facility and the purchase of solid waste equipment.
