Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2020 (Direct Bank Purchase)
The California Waste Solution Inc. project closed on December 14, 2020. CPCFA issued $85,000,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $21,000,000 was used to refund the Series 2015 notes previously issued by CPCFA.
The California Waste Solution project used the note proceeds to upgrade the existing materials recovery facility, sort line, solid waste collection vehicles, trucks and tractors and to purchase a property that the Borrower was leasing, located at 1120 and 1158 Berryessa Road in San Jose.
