The Alameda County Industries Inc. project closed on May 31, 2019. CPCFA issued $54,075,000 in tax-exempt notes, of which $22,075,000 was used to refund the Series 2016 and 2017 notes previously issued by CPCFA.
The Alameda project used the note proceeds to finance the acquisition of equipment, including rolling stock and containers for the processing, transfer, and recycling of waste.
