Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2025 (Direct Bank Purchase)

The Atlas Disposal Industries, LLC project closed on April 23, 2025. CPCFA issued $18,000,000 in tax-exempt notes.

Atlas Disposal Industries, LLC will use the note proceeds for the acquisition, construction, improvement, and/or installation of a maintenance facility and storage yard, with related equipment and infrastructure, the acquisition of compressed natural gas, electric and/or other fuel powered waste collection vehicles and/or other equipment, and the acquisition of bins and containers for the handling and disposal of solid waste.
