Variable Rate Demand Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes 2025 Series A (Direct Bank Purchase)
The Athens Services Project closed on July 31, 2025. CPCFA issued $75,000,000 in tax-exempt notes.
Arakelian Enterprises, Inc. d.b.a. Athens Services will use the note proceeds for financing the costs of acquiring real property, for use as Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) or for solid waste disposal vehicle parking, and financing the purchase of various types of refuse collection trucks, tractors, new waste processing equipment such as yellow iron, containers, barrels/bins, MRF processing equipment, building materials, and other related MRF improvements
