Variable Rate Demand Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Notes Series 2025 (Direct Bank Purchase)

Fremont Recycling and Transfer Station Project closed on August 15, 2025. CPCFA issued $26,767,527 in tax-exempt notes.

BLT Enterprises of Fremont LLC will use its note proceeds to finance the purchase of new sorting equipment to be installed and upgrades to the Borrower’s existing recycling facility and to refund bonds issued by the Authority in 2016 under a different creditor. These bonds were issued to finance the acquisition, construction, and installation of a solid waste transfer station and materials recycling facility, including related facility improvements, office and transportation equipment, loaders, sweepers, forklifts, balers, scales, conveyors, and other equipment, located in Fremont, California.
