Variable Rate Demand Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds Series 2025 (Public Offering)

Poso Creek Family Dairy, LLC Project closed on October 9, 2025

Poso Creek Family Dairy, LLC will use its bonds proceeds to finance the construction and equipping of solid waste disposal facilities at a dairy, owned by Poso Creek Family Dairy, located in  Wasco, California. Sixty acres of pen space is being added to house 4,000 additional heifers. Most of the capital expenditures associated with the Project include site grading and sloping to aid in the collection, containment, and removal of animal manure waste produced on site. Concrete collection lanes and dedicated equipment for the solid waste disposal aspects of the Project and individual housing (i.e. calf hutches) will also be installed. Equipment acquisition is centered around pumps and piping that will be installed to aid in the removal and transport of the waste animal manure.
